1. Who we are

Overthinking (the "Service") is developed and operated by NAX, a brand of THEBRG ENTERPRISE (Malaysian business registration no. 003120480-W), a business registered in Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing, paying for, or playing the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service offers fixed-price digital entertainment experiences, including the 占卜 I Ching reading, MY LUCK fortune game and, when available, skill-based challenge modes. Fortune readings, lucky attributes, compatibility results, scores, ranks, digital cards and other outcomes are provided solely for entertainment, reflection and cultural experience. They do not predict or guarantee future events and are not medical, legal, financial, investment, relationship or other professional advice.

The Service is not gambling, betting, wagering, a lottery, an investment or a means of earning money. No cash prize, jackpot, monetary reward, financial return, redeemable token or item of monetary value is offered. Digital results, scores, rankings and collectible cards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn.

3. Entry fees and what you receive

An entry fee (for example RM1 for one entry, RM2 for three entries, or the displayed equivalent outside Malaysia) grants the stated number of entries for the product chosen before payment. Entries are product-specific: a 占卜 entry buys one complete I Ching reading, a MY LUCK entry buys one complete interactive fortune session and result, and a challenge entry buys one complete challenge run. Entries cannot be transferred between products, exchanged for cash or resold. Prices and the number of entries are shown before payment and may change only for future purchases.

One entry is consumed when its paid digital experience is successfully generated or completed. Where the Service supports resuming, an interrupted session remains available on the same device or through its play code. Starting again after a completed reading, fortune session or challenge requires another available entry.

4. No refunds for delivered digital experiences

All purchases are final and non-refundable once an entry or pack is credited and made available, or once any part of an entry has been used, generated, revealed or completed. No refund is available because you dislike, disagree with or feel dissatisfied with a reading, fortune result, score, ranking, card, mode, difficulty or entertainment outcome; because an outcome differs from your expectations; or because you change your mind or fail to use an available entry.

This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A refund may be considered only for a verified duplicate charge, a payment for which no entry was credited and cannot be restored, or a verified fault on our side that permanently prevented an unused entry from being delivered. The separate Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by HitPay Payment Solutions and its acquiring partners. We do not receive, store, or process your card, bank, or wallet credentials. Your entries are credited once the payment processor confirms the payment to us. If a payment is confirmed by the processor but entries are not credited, contact us with your payment reference and we will credit the entries or refund the amount.

6. Play codes and devices

After a successful payment you receive a play code. The play code is the sole means of restoring your entries and is issued in place of an account. You are solely responsible for keeping your play code safe. We are not liable for entries used by any person who obtains your play code, and we cannot recover a lost play code where the associated payment reference cannot be produced.

7. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• bypass, disable, tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the payment, entry, result-generation, scoring, or security mechanisms of the Service;
• use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, memory editors, modified clients or any tool that simulates or alters interactions, readings, fortune results, scores or outcomes;
• exploit any bug, defect or configuration error to obtain entries, sessions, readings, results, runs or scores that were not paid for;
• resell, sublicense, rent, commercially exploit, frame, scrape, mirror, or redistribute the Service or any part of it;
• copy, clone, or create derivative works of the Service, its game modes, source code, visual design, or content;
• submit fraudulent payments, unauthorised card use, or abusive chargebacks, or use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose;
• access the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful, or if you are below the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction without the consent of a parent or guardian.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate access, void entries and runs, and forfeit any unused entries obtained in breach of this clause. We reserve all rights to pursue civil and criminal remedies for such breaches.

8. Intellectual property

All software, game mechanics, artwork, text, sound, branding, the NAX name and logo, and fortune content, readings and all other content forming the Service are owned by or licensed to THEBRG ENTERPRISE and are protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Service for personal non-commercial entertainment only. No other rights are granted.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, alter, suspend, or withdraw game modes, features, pricing, or the Service in its entirety at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service is compatible with every device, browser, or network.

10. Reliance and limitation of liability

You are responsible for your own choices and actions. You must not rely on any reading, fortune result, compatibility result, lucky attribute or other content to make medical, legal, financial, investment, safety, relationship or other important decisions. Seek an appropriately qualified professional where advice is required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the total entry fees you paid to us in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of data, device damage, network charges, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THEBRG ENTERPRISE, its owners, employees, and partners against any claim, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Health notice

Some challenges involve flashing visuals and fast reactions. Stop playing and rest if you feel discomfort, eye strain, dizziness, or fatigue. Do not play while driving or operating machinery. Play responsibly and within your means.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
