1. Who we are

Overthinking (the “Service”) is developed and operated by NAX, a brand of THEBRG ENTERPRISE (Malaysian business registration no. 003120480-W), registered in Malaysia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, paying for or playing the Service you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service offers fixed-price digital entertainment: 占卜 I Ching readings, My Luck fortune modes. Readings, lucky attributes, compatibility, 4D lucky numbers, digital cards and all outcomes are only for entertainment, reflection and cultural experience. They do not predict or guarantee future events or constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, relationship or other professional advice.

The Service is not gambling, betting, wagering, a lottery, an investment or a means to earn money. There are no cash prizes, jackpots, monetary rewards, financial returns, redeemable tokens or items of monetary value. Digital outcomes have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn.

3. Entry fees and what you receive

The displayed entry fee (for example RM1 for one entry or RM2 for three entries, or the displayed equivalent outside Malaysia) grants the stated number of shared credits. Each credit is valid for one complete I Ching reading, one complete My Luck mode. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another play code or resold. Prices and credit quantities are shown before payment and may change only for future purchases.

One entry is consumed when its paid experience is successfully generated or completed. Where supported, interrupted sessions remain resumable on the same device or through the play code. A new completed reading or fortune session requires another available entry.

4. No refunds for delivered digital experiences

All purchases are final and non-refundable once an entry or pack is credited and available, or any part has been used, generated, revealed or completed. Disliking or disagreeing with a reading, fortune, lucky number, card, mode or result; unmet expectations; changing your mind; or failing to use an available entry does not qualify for a refund.

This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A refund may be considered only for a verified duplicate charge, a payment for which no entry was credited and cannot be restored, or a verified fault on our side permanently preventing delivery of an unused entry. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

5. Payments

HitPay Payment Solutions and its acquiring partners process payments. We do not receive, store or process your card, bank or wallet credentials. Entries are credited after the processor confirms payment to us. If payment is confirmed but entries are missing, contact us with your payment reference; we will credit them or refund the amount.

6. Play codes and devices

After payment you receive a play code in place of an account. It is the sole means of restoring entries; keep it safe. We are not liable for entries used by anyone who obtains your code. We cannot recover a lost code without its associated payment reference.

7. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You must not attempt any of the following:

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate access, void entries and sessions, and forfeit unused entries obtained in breach of this clause. We reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies.

• Bypass, disable, tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with payment, entry, result generation or security mechanisms.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, memory editors or modified clients to simulate or alter interactions, readings, results or outcomes.
• Exploit bugs, defects or configuration errors to obtain unpaid entries, sessions, readings or results.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, commercially exploit, frame, scrape, mirror or redistribute any part of the Service.
• Copy, clone or create derivative works of the Service, fortune modes, source code, visual design or content.
• Submit fraudulent payments, use cards without authorization, abuse chargebacks, launder money or use the Service unlawfully.
• Access the Service where prohibited by law or, if below the age of legal capacity, without parental or guardian consent.

8. Intellectual property

All software, fortune mechanics, artwork, text, sound, branding, the NAX name and logo, fortune content and readings belong to or are licensed to THEBRG ENTERPRISE and are protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property law. You receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw modes, features, pricing or the entire Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device, browser or network.

10. Reliance and limitation of liability

You are responsible for your choices. Do not rely on readings, fortunes, compatibility, lucky attributes or other content for medical, legal, financial, investment, safety, relationship or other important decisions. Seek qualified professional advice when needed.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims connected with the Service is limited to the entry fees paid to us in the thirty (30) days before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, device damage, network charges or lost opportunities. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THEBRG ENTERPRISE, its owners, employees and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service or violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Health notice

Some screens use animated visuals. Stop and rest if you feel discomfort, eye strain or dizziness. Do not use the Service while driving or operating machinery. Use it responsibly and within your means.

13. Governing law

Malaysian law governs these Terms. Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective.
