Refund Policy

1. Digital entertainment

Purchases for 占卜 and My Luck are fixed-price digital entertainment. They provide entries to readings, or interactive fortune content, not financial products, guaranteed outcomes, prizes or anything with cash value.

2. No refunds after delivery or use

All purchases are final and non-refundable once an entry or pack is credited and available, or any part is started, generated, revealed, used or completed. This applies to every mode. Unused entries in a delivered pack are not refundable because you changed your mind, stopped using the Service, lost device access or did not use them.

Disagreement, dissatisfaction or reliance on a reading, fortune, compatibility, lucky number or colour, card or any other outcome is not grounds for a refund. Results are subjective entertainment and cultural content only; no particular outcome, accuracy or future event is promised.

3. Limited exceptions

Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, refunds are considered only in these cases:

Approved refunds return to the original payment method through HitPay, normally within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or wallet.

• You were charged but no entries were credited and we cannot credit them.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase (duplicate transaction).
• A verified fault on our side permanently prevented delivery, restoration or use of an unused entry and we cannot provide a replacement.

4. How to request an exception

Contact us at nax.com.my within 14 days of the transaction with your payment reference and play code. Explain the payment or delivery fault. Requests without a payment reference cannot be verified or processed. A request does not guarantee approval.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Chargebacks for properly delivered or used entries may result in suspension, cancellation of remaining entries and recovery of processing fees, subject to applicable law.
